Santa Eulalia works exclusively with brands with which it holds a direct distribution agreement, so every item comes officially from the brand itself.
We are a luxury multi-brand store in Barcelona with over 183 years of history.
Which size should I choose and how does this item fit?
Every product includes its size guide with conversions between systems (EU, UK, US, IT).
The sizes available to select on the website are in stock.

How does shipping work and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide with DHL.
Standard shipping is free for destinations outside the European Union on orders over €500; for orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €49.99 applies and is displayed during checkout. Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days. Please note that, for shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
All orders include a tracking number, allowing you to track your parcel in real time. (We do not ship to certain destinations, such as Madeira, the Azores, Gibraltar, or countries subject to shipping restrictions.)
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item.
- Orders within the European Union: request a pickup through the online return form. Returns are completely free.
- Orders outside the European Union: drop your order off at a DHL service point together with the return note included in your parcel (service "Shipments" → "I have a DHL Express return shipment" → "I have printed the DHL label"). Return rates apply for these destinations and can be checked on our website.
Conditions: items must be unused and in perfect condition, with their original packaging and the security tag intact. Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original boxes and dust bags, inside a protective outer box. We do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear, socks, face masks, food products, body-care products, make-up, perfumes or jewellery.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received (up to 5 business days depending on the method).

What payment methods do you accept, and can I pay in instalments?
We accept: card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Bizum (Spain only), Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, UnionPay, ShopPay, Sequra (Spain only) and Klarna (euro payments, except Spain). All payments are processed securely.
Yes, you can pay in instalments:
- Sequra (Spain only): for purchases from €50 to €3,000. Pay in 3 interest-free instalments, or split into 4, 6, 12 or 18 months with a fixed service fee.
- Klarna (euro payments, not available in Spain): pay within 30 days, in 3 instalments or finance over several months. Limits vary by country.
- PayPal: pay in 3 instalments for purchases from €30 to €2,000.
