1. Redemption, format, validity and amounts
The gift card may be redeemed both on our online store and at our boutique located at Passeig de Gràcia 93, Barcelona.
It is available in both digital and physical format, each operating in the same manner. The card is automatically activated at the time of dispatch and remains valid for 12 months from that date.
The amounts available on the online purchase page range from €150 to €5,000. Should you wish to acquire a different amount, you may contact our Customer Service team via the website chat, WhatsApp (+34 659 77 88 05) or at info@santaeulalia.com. For transactions of €3,000 or more, an identification document will be required in order to issue the corresponding invoice, in accordance with the conditions applicable to any other purchase.
2. Balance and method of use
The available balance can be checked at any time by contacting Customer Service, or through the purchase email of the digital gift card. The card can be used for one or several purchases until the balance has been fully spent. If the total exceeds the available balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted method of payment.
3. Items, promotions and invoicing
The card may be used to purchase any item available at Santa Eulalia and is compatible with current promotions, unless otherwise indicated.
4. Restrictions and limitations
The gift card cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase other gift cards. Santa Eulalia cannot be held responsible in cases of loss, theft, unauthorized use, or damage; however, if you have the card number or proof of purchase, we will assist you in blocking it, provided the balance remains intact.
5. Returns of items purchased with a Gift Card
Returns of items purchased using a gift card will be refunded exclusively through a new gift card or a compensatory voucher, as applicable.
6. Amendments and acceptance
Santa Eulalia reserves the right to update these conditions without affecting acquired rights. Use of the card constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
