Returns and exchanges for online purchases

 Returns 

To request a return, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order for any purchase that complies with our return policy. Please find the instructions and available options below: 

  • Home collection: You may request a return via our collection service with GLS by filling out the return form: https://apps.envialog.com/santaeulalia/. You can select the day and a time slot (minimum of 2 hours) for the parcel to be collected from your indicated address. Collections must be scheduled at least one day in advance. For the rest of Europe, the collection takes place during the day without a specific time slot. No shipping label is needed as the courier will bring it. 
  • Return in store: If you prefer, you can return your item to our store at Paseo de Gracia 93, in Barcelona. 
  • International returns: Please contact our customer service team for specific instructions via WhatsApp at +34 659 77 88 05 or by email at info@santaeulalia.com. (International returns have an associated cost, detailed below)

Conditions: 

  • We do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear, socks, face masks, food products, body care items, makeup, perfumes, or jewelry. 
  • Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging, and with the security tag intact. 
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original brand boxes and protective bags, where provided, and placed inside an outer protective box. 
  • When trying on shoes, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. 
  • Returns of dresses will only be accepted if they are in perfect condition, unused, with tags and original packaging. Santa Eulalia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. 

Exchanges 

  • Product exchanges will be processed through the standard return procedure followed by a new purchase, to ensure proper traceability and process control.

At Santa Eulalia, we strive to offer an excellent shopping experience and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

This policy applies exclusively to items purchased in our Paseo de Gracia physical store.

Items purchased through our online store or our physical outlet are subject to specific exchange and return conditions, which you may consult here:

Online Return Policy

1. Applicable Legislation

In accordance with current legislation, physical retail stores are not obliged to accept exchanges or returns, except in cases of defective products.

The conditions described below form part of Santa Eulalia's commercial policy.

2. Exchange and Return Period

Items purchased in-store may be exchanged or returned within 30 calendar days from the purchase date indicated on the receipt.

Christmas Campaign

During the Christmas campaign, items purchased in-store may be exchanged or returned until February 4.

3. Product Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must:

  • Be in perfect condition
  • Not have been used
  • Retain all original tags and labels
  • Have the Security Tag intact, where applicable
  • Include its original packaging, if any

Santa Eulalia reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return that does not comply with these conditions.

4. Return Method

Returns will be processed exclusively through the issuance of a store credit voucher for the value of the returned item.

Voucher Conditions

  • Valid for one year from the date of issue
  • May be used both in our physical store and online store
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded to a bank card

5. Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, exchanges and returns are not accepted for:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Perfumes whose packaging has been opened

6. Defective Products or Incidents

In the event of a defective product or delivery error, Santa Eulalia will replace the item with another in perfect condition or, if this is not possible, refund the amount using the same payment method used for the purchase.
