Jeans, also known as men's denim, are not only one of the most common garments in both men's and women's wardrobes, but they are also curiously one of the most recently created pieces of clothing. Their history dates back to the mid-19th century, thanks to Levi Strauss and Jacob Davis, who designed and patented this garment in search of strength and durability for those subjected to hard labor.
