Returns
To request a return, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order for any purchase that complies with our return policy. Please find the instructions and available options below:
- Home collection: You may request a return via our collection service with GLS by filling out the return form: https://apps.envialog.com/santaeulalia/. You can select the day and a time slot (minimum of 2 hours) for the parcel to be collected from your indicated address. Collections must be scheduled at least one day in advance. For the rest of Europe, the collection takes place during the day without a specific time slot. No shipping label is needed as the courier will bring it.
- Return in store: If you prefer, you can return your item to our store at Paseo de Gracia 93, in Barcelona.
- International returns: Please contact our customer service team for specific instructions via WhatsApp at +34 659 77 88 05 or by email at info@santaeulalia.com. (International returns have an associated cost, detailed below)

Conditions:
- We do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear, socks, face masks, food products, body care items, makeup, perfumes, or jewelry.
- Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging, and with the security tag intact.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original brand boxes and protective bags, where provided, and placed inside an outer protective box.
- When trying on shoes, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
- Returns of dresses will only be accepted if they are in perfect condition, unused, with tags and original packaging. Santa Eulalia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
- Product exchanges will be processed through the standard return procedure followed by a new purchase, to ensure proper traceability and process control.
