Shipping and payment information
Our online store delivers to all countries in the European Union (apart from the Canary Islands).
Standard delivery times and rates:

2 days with Tourline
Rest of Europe
2-3 days with UPS
Please remember that delivery times are calculated as from when the order leaves our warehouse. If we receive the order from Monday to Thursday before 6 p.m., we'll process the delivery to be sent the following day. Orders arriving on Friday or the weekend will be processed to be sent on Monday. We'll inform you if there's any exceptional delay in processing your order.
Should the delivery address be in the city of Barcelona and you need to receive the order the same day, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll try to arrange it for you.
Any orders containing perfumes cannot be sent by plane, so we can only offer the standard delivery time.
If you wish, you can pick up your order at our store at 93 Paseo de Gracia in Barcelona. When making the purchase, choose the "Store pick-up" option and we'll send you an email as soon as your order becomes available.
Within the following month we can alter your garments to your requirements free of charge, whether you get them at the store or bring them to us.
Good news: we’re pleased to offer a FREE shipping & returns period for purchases made during the sales season.
You have 15 days as from the date you receive the order to make any return. If you created an account to register your data, please use the corresponding return request in the “Returns and exchanges" section of our website and we'll contact you to inform you how to proceed. If this is not the case, please contact us at email@example.com and we will send you the corresponding link.
You can send the returned goods either via the transport firm used by Santa Eulalia or any other transport firm you wish. Should you use our firm, the cost of the return will be €15 for Spain and Portugal and €25 for the rest of Europe. This amount will be deducted from the refund on your order. The refund will be paid as soon as possible, via the system used to pay for the goods initially.
You can also return goods at our store at 93 Paseo de Gracia in Barcelona, at no cost. The refund will be paid immediately via the payment system used for the purchase. We regret to inform you that we cannot pay any cash refunds.
In any case, we ask you to return articles in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging and with the safety label attached. Unfortunately we cannot accept returned articles that do not meet these conditions.
If you'd like to exchange one article for another, please return the original article and make a new order.
We can also attend to any changes in size or article at our store at 93 Paseo de Gracia in Barcelona, obviously free of charge.
We ask you to carry out any exchanges or returns within 15 days following the date you receive the order. We regret to inform you that, in principle, we cannot accept any exchanges or returns after this period.
The methods of payment that can be used to make a purchase at our online store are:

For your greater security, credit card payments are processed via the 3D Secure system, so you may have to provide your security code on your bank's website.
In accordance with Spanish legislation, we must issue an invoice for purchases of over €3,000. You will be asked for your tax code in such cases.
We have a free alteration service at our store at 93 Paseo de Gracia in Barcelona for all articles bought through our online store. You can either pick the article up at the Barcelona store or bring the article personally within one month of receiving it. Once altered, articles cannot be returned.
If you have a voucher for our store and wish to use it for an online purchase, please contact us in advance and so that we can arrange it for you.
The digital production of our website has been carried out at our facilities with the greatest effort and care. However, due to different configurations for devices, we cannot guarantee the article's colour corresponds 100% to the colour seen on a screen.
All articles leaving our warehouse have been thoroughly checked. We record the preparation of all our orders to control any possible errors. Should you receive a defective article or the wrong order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you by checking our recordings.
