1. GENERAL
The current sales conditions apply to any item bought at Santa Eulalia, SA through the website www.santaeulalia.com (hereinafter “the Site”) and the Customer accepts them when confirming their order. Santa Eulalia may change these Conditions of Sale at any moment.
2. AVAILABILITY
All orders placed through the Website are subject to availability and acceptance by Santa Eulalia and the company reserves the right to change the range of items that are shown on the Website and, in particular, may limit at any time the number of items a customer can request in a single shopping session.
Only those items that include the “BUY” button are available for sale through the Website. The customer can contact customer services for information on the availability of the items.
3. REGISTRATION AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
To place an order through the Website, the customer must register and create an online customer account. In the registration, the customer must provide valid and up to date personal information such as their full name and email address.
Once the registration process for the account has been completed on the Website, the customer will receive an email which will include a summary of their personal information and a link to the “My Account” section of the Website, where the customer can configure or modify their username, password and personal information. The customer is responsible for ensuring that their password and account are kept secret, confidential and secure at all times. 4. PRICES, TAXES AND DELIVERY COSTS
All prices shown on the product pages of the European Union* countries include VAT and do not include shipping costs and other applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.

Santa Eulalia reserves the right to modify prices and shipping costs at any time. Santa Eulalia will apply and meet the price of the product and the shipping costs shown on the Site at the time of order confirmation, unless there is a technical error and/or a typographical error in the prices. If due to a system error, the correct price of an item is different from the one published on the website, Santa Eulalia will contact the customer to obtain their confirmation before sending out the order. Actual shipping costs and applicable VAT will be specified in the order before the Customer is asked to confirm their order, and will also appear in the Order Confirmation and invoice (if the Customer requests to receive the invoice). For your greater security, credit card payments will be processed through the 3D Secure system, so you may have to provide your security code on your bank's website. In compliance with current legislation in Spain, we must issue an invoice for purchases over €3,000. In these cases, we will ask you to provide us with your NIF. When placing the order, the Customer must enter the payment details in the corresponding form. Santa Eulalia will not store the Customer's payment card number or security code.
Payment card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment card does not authorize the payment to Santa Eulalia, the Customer must contact the issuer of their card to solve the problem. In such a case, Santa Eulalia will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery that may occur. In the event that the user makes the payment by credit card, the bank details will be transmitted through a secure protocol to the bank in charge of providing the respective remote electronic payment services, without any third party having access to them in any case. Those data will never be used by Santa Eulalia other than in order to complete the procedures related to the purchase, issue the corresponding refunds in case of eventual returns and prevent and inform the police forces in the event that it is committed or is about to be committed some fraud. The purchase amount will be charged at the time the order is confirmed and the confirmation is sent to the customer.
6. ORDERS
If you place an order through the website, the Customer must provide the personal information indicated, such as delivery address, billing address and information on the payment method. Santa Eulalia may reject, cancel and annul orders at any time. Santa Eulalia may reject, cancel or cancel a Customer's order if there is a pending unresolved conflict regarding the payment of a previous order or if it suspects that the Customer has carried out fraudulent activities or, where appropriate, has infringed the provisions of these Conditions of Sale.
After placing an order through the Site, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing the order reference number assigned by Santa Eulalia, confirming that the order has been received. 7. DELIVERY POLICY
Once the order has been processed and is ready for shipment, Santa Eulalia will provide the Customer with a tracking number with which to track the status of the order.
On delivery, it requires the signature of a person of legal age to confirm the receipt of the order, after which the risk and responsibility for the Products purchased are transferred to the Customer. If the Customer specifies a recipient for the shipment other than the Customer himself (for example, if it is a gift), then the Customer understands and agrees that the proof of signature of the recipient in question (or at the corresponding delivery address ) will be sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment of the sales contract, transferring the risk and responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the product had been delivered to the Customer himself.
8. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All orders are subject to product availability. If at the time of issuing the order, Santa Eulalia detects the lack of stock in its warehouses of any of the products included in it, Santa Eulalia will try to locate the product by other means that may be available. If it is not possible to have such availability, the customer will be immediately notified. In addition, the amount of the item collected and not sent will be return to the customer in the following days, by the same means of payment used in the purchase.
9. RETURN POLICY
The Customer may return the items in accordance with the exchange and return policy specified on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page.
The Client has the right to return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which Santa Eulalia confirmed the shipment of the order. Returns will not be accepted after the refund period has elapsed.

To return an item you must contact the customer service department to obtain the return form and all the relevant information for the return. The customer can also make the return in person at our Santa Eulalia store, which is located at 93, Paseo de Gràcia in Barcelona.
Returned items must comply with our return policy that you can consult in the "Frequently Asked Questions".
Returns will not be accepted for items that are in less than perfect condition, or which do not include the packaging in its original condition and the item's security tag intact. Before proceeding to make a refund or exchange, Santa Eulalia will carefully check that the returned items meet the necessary requirements.
In the event that a product is returned, the customer is the only person entitled to receive the refund. Under no circumstances will the recipient of a gift be entitled to receive the refund.
Once we have accepted your return, the refund will be completed using the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take several days to process depending on your bank or credit card provider.

10. CHANGE POLICY
To make a exchange through the website, the customer must contact our customer service department. The return of the item to be exchanged will be governed by the return terms and conditions specified above.

The digital production of our website has been carried out in our facilities with the greatest effort and care. However, due to the different settings for devices, we cannot guarantee that the color of the item corresponds exactly to the color that you see on a screen.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law. The provisions of these Conditions of Sale will be governed by the provisions of the laws of Spain. Likewise, the contract for the purchase of the Products and the conflicts or claims related to it will be governed by the provisions of the laws of Spain. Except for what is established by Law, the Client and Santa Eulalia accept that the courts of Barcelona (Spain) will have exclusive jurisdiction.
