RETURNS

We offer free returns within the European Economic Area as long as they comply with our Return Policy.

To request a return, we have a home pick-up service that can be arranged at the following link.

RETURN POLICY

Returned items must comply with our Return Policy:

  • No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the date you received your order.
  • Pick-ups are done through GLS or UPS transportation agencies.
  • We will only accept returns from countries where the order was originally shipped to.
  • The returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging and without tampering with the security label.
  • Footwear and accessories should be returned with the original branded boxes and protective bags, when provided, and placed inside a protective outer shipping box.
  • When trying on footwear, be careful not to mark the soles or damage the shoebox.
  • We do not accept returns of underwear, bathing suits, socks, face masks, food products or perfumes.
  • The refund will be issued via same form of initial payment.

RETURNS PROCESS

Please follow these steps to request a return:

  1. 1) To schedule the return of your order, please go to following link.
  2. 2) Fill in the form with your contact details and the order details, choose a collection date from the day after the return has been processed, from Monday to Friday working hours and select a 2-hour time frame. If you prefer, you can contact us and we will inform you how to proceed.
  3. 3) Once the form has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email and we will proceed with the return.

Please note that returns are shipped via GLS or UPS.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange the item for another one, please return the original item and place a new order.

We remind you that the return must be made within 14 days from the date you receive the order, we will not accept returns after this period.

REFUNDS

The refund will be issued once the items have been received and reviewed by our team. Once your return has been accepted by us, your refund will be completed via the original payment method.

Please note that refunds may take several days to process, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items leaving our warehouse are thoroughly checked by our quality control team. In addition, we have recordings of each packaging process to ensure they were packed with care and delivered in excellent condition.
