• Each fragrance is highly concentrated, with 30% pure essential oils, and underwent a meticulous six-month aging process, which included a double infusion with sandalwood shavings and oak barrels, resulting in a deep and complex olfactory experience.

How is perfume shipped and how long does it take?
We ship via DHL. Due to the nature of perfumes, delivery may take longer than usual.
Shipping is free within Spain for orders over €180; for orders under this amount and for all other destinations, a shipping fee applies depending on the country, shown at checkout.
Orders delivered outside the European Union that include perfumes require a minimum purchase of €300, calculated only on the perfumes in the order.

Can I return a perfume?
For safety reasons under logistics regulations, perfumes cannot be returned.
The exception is Santa Eulalia perfumes: with your perfume you will receive a sample so you can discover it and, if it is not for you, you can return it as long as it remains unopened, in its original packaging and with the seal intact. Returns are only available for orders delivered in Spain.

What payment methods do you accept, and can I pay in instalments?
We accept: card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Bizum (Spain only), Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, UnionPay, ShopPay, Sequra (Spain only) and Klarna (euro payments, except Spain). All payments are processed securely.
Yes, you can pay in instalments:
- Sequra (Spain only): for purchases from €50 to €3,000. Pay in 3 interest-free instalments, or split into 4, 6, 12 or 18 months with a fixed service fee.
- Klarna (euro payments, not available in Spain): pay within 30 days, in 3 instalments or finance over several months. Limits vary by country.
