Reserve in Store Service
General conditions for the reserve in store service (reserve items through santaeulalia.com and collect in store).
1. Reserve in Store Service
The reserve in store service is available on the santaeulalia.com website.
Access to this service is open to all customers over 18 years of age with the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
The customer can reserve up to 3 items. The items will be reserved for three working days.
Use of the reserve in store service does not imply any obligation to buy the reserved items. Use of the reserve in store service through santaeulalia.com does not imply any obligation to make payment through the santaeulalia.com website. Payment will be made in store on collection of the reserved items in the event that the client decides to purchase them. If the client decides not to purchase the reserved items, these will be returned to sale in store. The items will also be returned to sale in store if, at the end of the reservation period, the client has not collected them from the store.
Reserving items using the reserve in store service through santaeulalia.com does not guarantee availability of the item in question in store. The customer will receive information about availability via email with their reservation number before they go to the store to try on the reserved items.
2. Terms of the Service
To access the reserve in store service through santaeulalia.com the customer should click on "RESERVE" on the page of the item they wish to reserve.
To request the reserve in store service, the customer must verify and validate their contact details: name, surname, email and accept the terms and conditions.
The reserve in store order will not take effect until the store confirms via email that the item or items are available and formalises the request.
When collecting the reserved items, the customer will be required to show the email confirming the reserve in store service or give their name and surname to the sales assistant. If the customer does not visit the store to try on and/or acquire the reserved items within three working days, the request will automatically be cancelled. The item will be return to sale and will not be available for the customer.
3. Conditions and Restrictions
The reserve in store service does not imply any obligation to purchase, it is simply an additional service offered to all our customers within the limits of available stock.
Once the reservation request is confirmed, the items will be removed from sale and reserved for the client for three working days in the Passeig de Gràcia 93 store.
4. Withdrawal/Cancellation of the reserve in store service
The reserve in store service is free of charge and does not imply any obligation to buy, either through santaeulalia.com or at the moment of collection in store. The customer is free to collect the reserved items or not and free to purchase these items or not.
There is also the possibility of cancelling a request in boutique or via the received confirmation e-mail:

5. Transfer of Ownership
Reserving one or more items does not imply transfer of ownership. The items in question will not be the property of the customer until the customer has purchased them, by making a cash or credit card payment in store.
